1. About Juju Life

Juju Life provides spiritual, cultural, divination, educational, ceremonial, and lifestyle services and products. Services may include divination readings, spiritual consultations, spiritual baths, herbal preparations, ebo or other prescribed spiritual work, events, educational content, and merchandise.

2. Divination & Spiritual Services

Divination and spiritual consultations are intended to provide spiritual guidance, insight, reflection, and traditional perspective.

Results and interpretations are based on the practitioner’s spiritual practice and traditional methods. Juju Life does not guarantee a particular outcome from a reading, ritual, ebo, spiritual bath, or other service.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and circumstances.

3. Spiritual Prescriptions, Ebo & Ritual Work

A spiritual prescription may include divination results, a life chart, recommended spiritual work, herbs, offerings, ebo, or other traditional practices.

Any prescribed spiritual work is voluntary. Instructions should be followed as provided by the practitioner, and you should ask questions before proceeding if you do not understand an instruction.

Juju Life does not guarantee that spiritual work will produce a specific result, event, financial outcome, relationship outcome, health outcome, or other desired circumstance.

4. Herbs, Spiritual Baths & Other Preparations

Herbal and spiritual bath services are provided for traditional, cultural, ceremonial, and spiritual purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these services are not medical treatments, medicines, or medical advice.

Customers are responsible for informing Juju Life of relevant allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, medications, or other circumstances that could affect their ability to safely use a product or preparation.

Do not ingest, apply, or otherwise use any herbal or spiritual preparation contrary to its instructions. When appropriate, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using herbs or other preparations.

5. Appointments & Booking

Appointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until the booking process has been completed and payment, when required, has been received.

Please arrive or be available at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may receive a shortened session, and the full service fee may still apply.

If you need to reschedule, please use the available scheduling system or contact Juju Life as soon as possible.

Juju Life reserves the right to establish reasonable cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies for individual services.

6. Payments

Prices are displayed on the website and may change without notice. The price applicable to a completed purchase or confirmed appointment will generally be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Juju Life does not receive or store your complete payment-card information when payment is processed through those providers.

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information when placing an order or booking a service.

7. Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges

Because many Juju Life services involve time reserved specifically for an individual client and may involve customized spiritual work or preparation, payments for completed or initiated services may be non-refundable.

Unless a different policy is specifically stated on the applicable service or product page:

• Completed spiritual services are non-refundable.

• Customized or prepared spiritual work may be non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been prepared.

• Missed appointments or no-shows may be non-refundable.

• Merchandise is subject to the return, refund, and exchange terms displayed for that particular product.

• If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you should contact Juju Life promptly with the order information and appropriate documentation.

Any refund issued is at the discretion of Juju Life unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in this section is intended to eliminate any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Merchandise & Third-Party Fulfillment

Juju Life may offer merchandise that is produced, printed, packaged, or shipped by third-party fulfillment providers.

Shipping times, tracking information, production times, and delivery dates may therefore depend on the fulfillment provider and carrier.

Juju Life is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Events

Event dates, locations, schedules, performers, vendors, activities, and offerings may change when reasonably necessary.

Admission to an event does not necessarily include separately priced readings, rituals, merchandise, food, or other offerings unless expressly stated.

By attending an event, you agree to follow reasonable safety instructions and applicable venue rules.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use the website or Juju Life services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate another person.

• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

• Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or information.

• Submit fraudulent orders, payment information, or booking information.

• Reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit Juju Life content without permission.
